Tooth Gem Pre Care
Please ensure you have eaten, had some water & brushed your teeth prior to your appointment.

Tooth Gem After Care
- No eating/chewing gum for 2 hours post treatment
- Do not consume liquids for 1 hour post treatment
- No smoking/vaping for 1 hour
- Do not brush teeth for 12 hours
- Eat soft & low acidic foods for 24hrs
- No electric toothbrushes for 48 hours
- Avoid touching or playing with your tooth gem at all times, especially within the first 48hrs as the glue fully sets
